05 Apr Kayde Lin Named Employee of the Quarter, Gives Back To Ocean Conservation
TSG Wealth Management has named Kayde Lin as the Employee of the Quarter, an award which recognizes team members who go above and beyond in their roles. Kayde graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a major in Sociology and has been a part of TSG Wealth Management team since December of 2019. Kayde began as an intern and has developed into a thriving Client Associate. She has dedicated her time to assisting clients with their operational needs and her hard work has not gone unnoticed.
“Kayde’s dedication to her work and to our clients is evident in everything she does,” said TSG Partner, Allen Schreiber. “She is a true asset to our team and we are proud to have her as our Employee of the Quarter.”
As part of her award, Kayde has also won the right to choose one charity she would like to support with a donation through the TSG Gives program. She chose the Coastal Conservation Association of California (CCA CAL), an organization dedicated to the conservation and enhancement of marine resources and coastal environments.*
“I chose the CCA CAL because the organization works closely with not only protecting our rights as recreational anglers but, continues to help sustain populations through hatchery programs to ensure future generations of fishing,” said Kayde. “Being recognized as Employee of the Quarter is such a rewarding experience knowing that you have the support of your whole team cheering you on. It has been continuous motivation to do my best each and every day.”
