19 Sep TSG Gives: Employees Come Together For Back To School Drive

At TSG philanthropy is a big part of our company culture. This year the TSG Employees, led by Client Associate, Caitlyn Jimenez, came together to support the Boys and Girls Clubs of Long Beach BACK2SCHOOL School Supply & Backpack Drive.

According to the Club’s website “90% of our Club kids cannot afford basic school supplies, like pens and notebooks.” Going to school in the last few years has already been made difficult and our Employees wanted chip in to help give back and make this school year a better year for all!

“I’ve always had a passion for philanthropy, but to be able to incorporate that into my role here at TSG is something I am very excited about doing,” said Caitlyn. “As TSG continues to grow I thought it was important to come together as a team to give back where we can in our local communities. Many of the Advisors and Client Associates have organizations of their own or that they support during their free time and it encouraged me to bring that to the office. I know how busy everyone’s lives are outside of work and wanted to be able to make philanthropy more accessible to us all.”

One spark can create a chain reaction of giving is a core tenant of TSG Gives and the efforts of all our advisors and associates. We strive to make a difference in not only our client’s lives, but in the lives of those in our communities too.

“We love seeing our team members come together to give back,” says Managing Partner, Mark Schulten. “It is important to lead by example so I’m very proud of the work Caitlyn is doing and the team for supporting her efforts.”
