Do you have a child or grandchild under the age of 23 who is in college, their first 4 years of active military duty or are attending post-graduation trade school? Because your child(ren)/grandchild(ren) are a part of our TSG family, we’d like to send them a care package to wish them well in their studies and/or training and encourage their good works!
Packages will be mailed to them (at the address you provide) in the month of November. Please note that we use FedEx for shipping and are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
If you have a child or grandchild who meets the criteria above, please fill out the form below. A separate form is necessary for each child/grandchild if you have more than one who is eligible.
