Alexandria Koualczuk, Allie for short, joined TSG Wealth Management in 2013 as an apprentice with a passion for learning and growing in the financial services industry. Over the years, her dedication and expertise have propelled her to a leadership role as the Director of Business Operations on the TSG Wealth Management Leadership Team.
In her current role, Allie plays a pivotal part in fostering a cohesive team culture and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across all departments. Her focus on collaboration and delivering a client-first experience helps TSG maintain its distinctive reputation for excellence. Allie is instrumental in ensuring that both the team and the practice operate at their best, creating a positive impact for clients and colleagues alike.
Originally from a small town in Northern California, Allie relocated to Long Beach in 2009 to pursue her studies. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, in 2014. After graduation, she joined TSG full-time, embarking on a career defined by drive and growth.
In early 2021, Allie relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, to support TSG’s expansion into the region. From Las Vegas, she oversees operations for one of the newest offices while supporting the team across all TSG locations.
Outside of work, Allie is a dedicated fitness enthusiast and competitive bodybuilder, channeling her passion and discipline into training and participating in bodybuilding competitions. She also enjoys discovering new restaurants and cuisines, always on the lookout for unique dining experiences. When she’s not at the gym or exploring the culinary scene, Allie values quality time with her family and friends.
Allie’s favorite quote is: “I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good old days before you’ve actually left them.”
