Alastair Patterson is a Managing Director at the TSG Wealth Management Walnut Creek office, bringing a deep commitment to helping clients make informed and strategic financial decisions. Since entering the financial industry in 2018, he has dedicated himself to providing comprehensive guidance in retirement planning, portfolio management, estate and legacy planning strategies, and more. He became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional after becoming a wealth advisor to continue developing his skills and provide well-rounded financial guidance to his clients.
A Bay Area native, Alastair was born in Walnut Creek and has lived in Danville for the past 25 years. He values the long-term relationships he builds with his clients and finds fulfillment in helping them achieve their financial goals. At TSG, he appreciates the practice’s strong commitment to client success, access to cutting-edge resources, and the collaborative support of a dedicated team.
Outside of work, Alastair is a devoted family man—married for 25 years with four children, three of whom are currently in college. His household also includes two beloved cats and one cherished dog. He has spent over 15 years coaching youth sports and, when he’s not cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, he enjoys traveling to Santa Barbara and perfecting the fine art of keeping his wife happy.
