Director of Business Operations
Alexandria Koualczuk, Allie for short, joined TSG Wealth Management in 2013 as an apprentice. Allie joined the team looking to learn and grow in the financial industry. Fast forward to today and she now serves on the TSG Wealth Management Leadership Team as the Director of Business Operations.
As TSG’s Director of Business Operations Allie is instrumental in maintaining our distinctive team atmosphere. In TSG’s fast paced, client first environment, Allie is the glue that ensures all of the team and back office operations run smoothly and effectively. In short, Allie makes sure everyone is pulling together to be the best for each other and our clients.
Originally from a small town in Northern California, Allie moved to the Long Beach area in 2009 to attend college. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing from California State University, Long Beach in 2014. Afterwards she came aboard full time to start her career with TSG Wealth Management.
In early 2021 she relocated to Las Vegas, NV, coinciding with TSG’s expansion to the city of lights. From Las Vegas she is able to quickly serve all locations and oversee the newest office in the TSG family.
In her personal time, Allie enjoys working out and spending time outdoors. She is always up for anything adventurous as evident by her zip lining over the Grand Canyon, hiking many mountains, seadoo-ing at every opportunity and axe throwing! She loves trying new restaurants with friends and traveling to see her family around the holidays.
Allie’s favorite quote is “I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good ole days, before you’ve actually left them” from The Office.

Alexandria was inducted in 2009 into her high school athletic Hall of Fame.
As child, when she grew up she wanted to be a forensic scientist.
