Chia Lai brings nearly three decades of experience and client-focused dedication to her role as Senior Registered Client Associate at TSG Wealth Management. A Fresno native, Chia began her career in the financial services industry in 1999 through an internship with Prudential. That early opportunity ignited a passion for the industry and set the foundation for a long-standing career built on integrity, service, and a deep understanding of client needs.
Chia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Fresno. She holds Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations and is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting both clients and advisors with exceptional care.
Outside the office, Chia enjoys traveling and discovering new culinary experiences—Japan being her favorite destination. She is married with two children and actively gives back to the community through volunteer work at local food banks.
