Onboarding Specialist
Christine Nguyen joined TSG Wealth Management as a Client Associate and Executive Assistant to the CEO in 2022 and has since grown into her current role as one of TSG’s Onboarding Specialists. In this position, she plays a key role in guiding team members through smooth and strategic transitions into the practice by coordinating logistics, technology setups, and internal workflows to ensure every detail is covered. Her journey into the financial industry began during her time at California State University, Long Beach, where she made the pivotal decision to shift her major from Psychology to Finance. Eager to immerse herself in the field, she joined the university’s Financial Management Association, which exposed her to industry professionals and helped her gain clarity on her career path. In September 2021, Christine began her TSG journey as an intern at the Long Beach office and was hired full-time upon completion of the program.
Christine is known for her intuitive, organized, and detail-oriented approach—skills that serve her well in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry. She is passionate about learning and development, not only within her role but as a lifelong pursuit, and she enjoys helping others feel confident and supported during transitional periods. Outside of work, Christine brings the same energy and creativity to her personal life, whether she’s rowing on a dragon boat, diving into a DIY project, trying out new food spots, or spending quality time with her cat, Mr. President (Prezi for short). Raised in Orange County and rooted in Southern California, Christine looks forward to continuing to grow with TSG Wealth Management and contributing to the firm’s success.
