Born in 1999 in Placentia, CA, Cierra’s journey into finance commenced in 2023, driven by a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of financial decision-making.
Entering the financial industry captivated Cierra because of the profound opportunities it provides to influence lives positively. She is enthusiastic about skill development, client interaction, and relationship-building, embodying the spirit of continuous learning and growth.
While her finance career is in its early stages, Cierra is keen on acquiring new skills, assisting clients in achieving their financial goals, and fostering meaningful connections. The ever-evolving nature of the stock market motivates her to stay informed and to learn continuously.
Cierra’s experience with TSG’s internship program left a lasting impression. Exposed to real-world scenarios, she delved into the markets, economic climates, and client interactions. The welcoming and supportive team in Long Beach has fueled her excitement for future success within the TSG family.
Born with a competitive spirit, Cierra harbored dreams of becoming a professional soccer player in her childhood. She spent most of her life in Anaheim Hills, venturing to Charleston, West Virginia, for her college education at West Virginia State University (WVSU). Currently she is pursuing an MBA at Cal State University, Long Beach.
In her free time, Cierra enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid fitness enthusiast. Her travels have taken her to England, France, and the South Pacific, with Italy ranking high on her bucket list. Family plays a crucial role in Cierra’s life, with local ties to her parents, an older brother serving with the Long Beach PD, and a feline companion named Kurt.
A sports aficionado, Cierra passionately follows various professional sports, and she played college soccer for WVSU. At WVSU she received an academic and athletic scholarship, was awarded Most Improved Player of the Year and voted Player of the Season in 2021. She also excelled academically, participating in Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
After college she became more interested in promoting financial literacy, long-term financial stability, and economic awareness, envisioning a future where younger generations are well-versed in these critical aspects. Cierra’s dedication extends to volunteer work, contributing to organizations like Second Harvest Food Bank and Concacaf Football Association.
Cierra is a welcomed addition to the TSG team and we look forward to her growth in the financial field.
