Cyn Verona brings a wealth of experience and a can-do spirit to her role as Onboarding Specialist in TSG Wealth Management’s Roseville office. Her journey into the financial industry started at the age of 19 when she embarked on a career as a P&C insurance solicitor in a small woman-owned insurance agency in Folsom. Since then, she has been a valuable asset to various financial companies and two of the three major banks, holding diverse positions that have shaped her into a seasoned professional.
Before joining TSG, Cyn served as the Branch Assistant to TSG’s current CEO, Brian Borst, where her responsibilities extended to supporting over 80 Financial Advisors and Assistants across two branches in the San Francisco Financial District. Known for her versatility and problem-solving skills, Cyn proudly describes herself as “Girl Friday,” ready to tackle any challenge to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
In her role at TSG, Cyn is enthusiastic about leveraging her extensive experience and knowledge of transitions to contribute to the team’s success. Her philosophy, “Anything is possible,” reflects her unwavering determination to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
What sets TSG apart for Cyn is the emphasis on a family culture. She appreciates the company’s commitment to fostering a supportive environment and values that align with her own. Her commitment to the team goes beyond the routine – she sees her role as integral to creating an atmosphere where advisors can focus on what they do best: building relationships and growing their businesses.
Cyn is no stranger to change; having lived in seven states and Puerto Rico during her father’s military career, she found her home in Sacramento 39 years ago. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Cyn’s educational background complements her hands-on experience in the financial industry.
Outside of work, Cyn indulges in her love for golfing and cooking. She is also a football enthusiast, holding a special place in her heart for the “Oakland” Raiders. Her favorite travel destination is Europe, and she carries the spirit of adventure from her childhood, where she dreamt of owning a clothing boutique and an Italian restaurant.
While Cyn may not have a family of her own, her dedication to her role at TSG is a testament to her commitment to creating a supportive professional family. Cyn Verona brings not just a skill set but a dynamic personality to the TSG Wealth Management team, embodying the values of dedication, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
