Dylan Spencer is a Client Associate for TSG Wealth Management, where he is part of the practice’s Investment Strategy Team. He is drawn to the intricacy and competitiveness of the markets and to how much there always is to learn in the world of investing, qualities that keep him engaged in his work every day.
Dylan’s interest in finance took hold during his junior year of college, when the depth and pace of the markets first captured his attention. That early fascination grew into a career built around research, discipline, and a constant appetite for learning, and it continues to shape the way he approaches investing today.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Dylan has spent his life in the state, living in both Phoenix and Tucson. He graduated summa cum laude and with honors from the University of Arizona, and looks forward to expanding his professional credentials.
What Dylan values most about TSG is the growth opportunity and the knowledge and versatility the Investment Strategy Team brings to every challenge. He is equally drawn to the fellowship and culture of the practice, and he is motivated by a simple conviction that failure is not an option. That mindset drives the standard he holds himself to for the clients and colleagues who rely on him.
Outside of work, Dylan likes to spend his time at the gym and listening to music. His favorite travel destination is Maui, Hawaii, and he is a loyal Denver Broncos fan. He also shares a close bond with his twin brother, a constant throughout his life.
