Joshua LeBlanc, after completing his professional baseball career, started in the financial services industry in 2010 as a teller. This early exposure allowed him to witness the profound impact financial decisions can have on individuals. Fueled by a desire to mitigate the consequences of financial misinformation, Joshua pursued a career where he could make a lasting impact in people’s lives.
In his current role as Managing Director at TSG Wealth Management, Joshua is driven by the relationships he builds with clients. His passion lies in helping individuals navigate their financial dreams and turn them into reality. Each day, he helps guide clients toward the finish line, embodying a commitment to their long-term success.

Born in 1981 in Houston, TX, Joshua’s childhood dreams included becoming a professional athlete and an architect—goals he remarkably achieved. Residing in both Houston and Scottsdale, AZ, Joshua enjoys golfing and reading during his leisure time. His favorite travel destination thus far is Cabo San Lucas.
Family is a cornerstone for Joshua. He is married to his wife Leah, and they share the joy of parenting four children: Kaleb, Amayah, Cristian, and Capri. Their household is also bustling with energy from two miniature schnauzers, Henry and Louie.
A sports enthusiast since childhood, Joshua’s allegiances once lay with the Dallas Cowboys, LA Lakers, and Houston Astros. However, post his own professional sports journey, he now appreciates great athletes and competitive games irrespective of the team.
Beyond finance, Joshua is deeply passionate about mentoring and educating youth. Drawing from personal experiences, he emphasizes the importance of being well-rounded and encourages young minds to explore, read, and believe in their ability to shape their destinies.
Joshua has his MBA in finance and holds the series 7 and 66 registrations, showcasing his commitment to professional excellence and continued learning. He is a committed and valued member of the TSG Wealth Management team.
