Josh Turley, CFP®, CFA, is Managing Director at TSG Wealth Management in Irvine, California, and a member of the practice’s Sports & Entertainment group. Since entering the industry in 2002, he has spent more than two decades helping high-net-worth individuals, families, and professional athletes build and preserve wealth with clarity and purpose.
Josh’s work is shaped by a deep interest in behavioral finance: the study of how emotions, biases, and life circumstances drive financial decisions. He believes the biggest risk to most portfolios isn’t the market, it’s the decisions people make under pressure. That insight is especially relevant for clients navigating “sudden money” events such as a first professional contract, a business sale, an inheritance, a divorce settlement, or a lottery win. In those moments, Josh helps clients slow down, define what matters most, and build a plan that helps to keep their wealth working for them for decades to come.

Outside the office, Josh can be found spending time with his wife, Haley, and their three children, diving off the Southern California coast, cycling the hills around Dana Point, or working on his golf game.
