Justin Breece brings a highly unique skill-set of an accomplished non-practicing Corporate Attorney and Investment Banker to select families, business owners and businesses, professionals and professional athletes / entertainers, charitable foundations and family offices. Justin is a comprehensive planning-based Wealth Advisor and Portfolio Manager Director with over 17 years of experience in financial services.
Justin joined TSG Wealth Management in 2022 by starting his group, Breece Private Wealth Management. Prior to partnering with TSG Justin was the Executive Director, Family Wealth Director and Alternative Investment Director for Morgan Stanley and a Wealth Advisor for UBS and Merrill Lynch in Scottsdale.
Justin earned his Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis, a B.B.A. from S.M.U.’s Cox School of Business and was recognized by Forbes Magazine as Forbes Best in State Wealth Advisor in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Since 2014, Justin has served as a guest speaker at A.S.U.’s W.P. Carey School of Business Masters of Finance class. He currently holds his Series 7, 65, 63 and has achieved the gold standard for Liquidity Event planning, the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA – link to the Exit Planning Institute web site) designation. This designation coupled with his legal and investment banking background provides him with an expertise in guiding clients in all aspects of pre and post liquidity events (Sales of businesses, ESOPs, Acquisitions, Recapitalizations and Management Buyouts). He also has the highly regarded Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM designation. Justin has extensive experience with Long Term and Retirement Care and is also accredited to offer Life and Health insurance.
