Leslie M. Castillo, CFP®, CDFA®, CEPA®

Leslie Castillo is a Managing Director with La Jolla Wealth Partners of TSG Wealth Management. Since earning her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification at age 23, she has spent the last two decades helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence and clarity.

Early in her career, Leslie recognized that women were often underserved in the wealth planning industry. That realization became a driving force in her practice and remains one of her greatest passions today. She is dedicated to helping women build financial strength, gain clarity around their goals, and create lasting financial security. Leslie also works closely with individuals, families, and business owners navigating major life transitions, including divorce, the loss of a loved one, retirement, and business ownership changes.

The most rewarding part of Leslie’s work is developing meaningful relationships with her clients and serving as a trusted resource through every stage of life. By taking the time to understand each client’s unique goals, values, and concerns, she creates personalized wealth planning strategies designed to support their long-term success. Leslie frequently serves as a central point of coordination among clients and their professional advisors, collaborating closely with attorneys, accountants, and other trusted specialists to help align wealth, tax, estate, and business planning strategies.

A longtime Southern California resident, Leslie enjoys spending time outdoors and staying involved in her children’s lives, whether cheering them on at sports games, volunteering in their classrooms, or seeing the world through their curious eyes. She also gives back to her community through her involvement with the Guajome Park Academy Foundation in Vista, the Alpha Phi House Corporation at San Diego State University, and organizations supporting pediatric cancer and multiple sclerosis research.

Leslie earned her bachelor’s degree in Financial Services from San Diego State University. Her commitment to providing thoughtful, comprehensive guidance is reflected in her pursuit of advanced professional education, including the Certified Financial Planner®, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor® designations, as well as her Series 7 and 66 registrations. She continues to invest in her knowledge and expertise so she can confidently guide clients through life’s opportunities and challenges with greater certainty.
