Madison Norris (Maddy) is an up and coming finance professional currently serving as an Apprentice at the TSG Wealth Management Antelope Valley Office. With a keen interest in personal finance management, Maddy embarked on her journey in the financial industry in the summer of 2023, and she’s been on a dynamic path of discovery ever since.
Born in 1997, in Lancaster, CA, Maddy’s childhood aspirations were as diverse as they come, ranging from teaching to acting, music and even culinary arts. Her curious spirit led her to explore various interests before finding her calling to serve others through finance.
Maddy’s educational journey took her to Boston, where she attended a summer program through Berklee College of Music during her junior year of high school. Later, she spent over two years in Boise, Idaho, pursuing her studies at Boise State University and earning her Bachelor’s degree in Communications along with a Certificate in Innovation Design: Emerging Applications (ID:EA).
What we believe distinguishes Maddy in her role as an Apprentice at TSG is her unwavering enthusiasm for continuous learning and her commitment to helping clients realize their financial goals. Her journey into finance was initially motivated by a desire to gain insights into personal finance management. However, she has quickly become captivated by the world of investing and the profound impact it has on individuals and businesses. Madison’s passion for building relationships and connecting with people fuels her dedication to making a meaningful contribution as she progresses on this exciting journey.
One of the aspects that excites her most about the financial industry is its perpetual evolution and the continuous opportunities for learning. Being part of the TSG team is particularly thrilling for her as it aligns with her desire to serve people as she can assist clients and the advisors she works alongside.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Maddy is an accomplished guitarist with nearly 20 years of experience. She began taking guitar lessons at the age of 7 and has since honed her skills, making music a cherished part of her life. She also enjoys some travel, Madison’s current favorite destination is Lake Martin, Alabama, where she indulges in the joys of lakeside living.
In her personal life, Maddy is close-knit with her family, including her little brother Tommy. She shares a special bond with her mother and was adopted by her father, who remains an inspiration and one of her favorite people. Additionally, she is the proud guardian of a charming feline companion named Taz.
As a sports fan, Madison passionately supports LA-based teams, including the Lakers, Dodgers, and Kings. These teams reflect her connection to her hometown and its vibrant sports culture.
Maddy’s heart is also dedicated to supporting children, as she has volunteered with the Children’s Center of the Antelope Valley in the past. While her schedule may not currently allow for extensive volunteering, her willingness to help others shines through in her character.

Madison Norris is actively working towards obtaining her SIE exam, notary certification, and Series 7 license, all in pursuit of her goal to make a meaningful impact in the financial industry.
