Margaret “Marhe” Youch, CAP®, APMA™

Managing Director
Margaret “Marhe” Youch, CAP®, APMA™

Marhe Youch’s career in wealth management spans more than four decades, rooted in a deeply personal calling. In 1980, after watching her recently widowed mother receive inadequate guidance from advisors who neither listened nor explained investment risks, Marhe joined the Northwest practice of Foster and Marshall with a clear sense of purpose—to carefully listen to each client, demystify investing, and build disciplined, personalized plans that give people the confidence they will not outlive their financial security.

In 2019, after 39 years of serving multigenerational families, Marhe was joined by her son Robert to form a multigenerational advisory team. With degrees in Business Finance and Law, Economics, and Public Policy—plus experience at a well-regarded Northwest fund manager—Robert was ideally suited to carry the practice forward. Together, they collaborate with clients’ CPAs and estate planning attorneys to help ensure optimal legacy outcomes, bringing a boutique, tailored approach to wealth planning and investment management.

Marhe’s passion for charitable giving led her to earn the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation, as well as the APMA™. She also holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations along with her insurance license. Joining TSG reflects her commitment to a practice that shares her values and commitment to their clients. TSG was recently ranked No. 8 on Barron’s Top 250 Private Wealth Management Teams (2026) and TSG’s founding principle is to “…put your (their client’s) interests above all, with a goal to consistently exceed expectations.”

Born in Vero Beach, Florida, Marhe grew up moving frequently as the daughter of a U.S. Navy officer, living across Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, and California before settling in the Pacific Northwest. She attended Bellevue High School and Bellevue College and now resides in Kenmore, Washington. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Ken, for nearly 40 years. They have three grown children — Marlaina in Nashville, Robert in Scottsdale, and Kenny in Los Angeles — and are kept entertained by their two rescue labs, Nora Jane and Daisy Mae.

Outside the office, Marhe channels her creativity into landscape and interior design. She is passionate about the well-being of children and animals and believes deeply in education’s power to break the cycle of poverty. A proud Pacific Northwest sports fan, she cheers for the University of Washington Huskies and the Seattle Seahawks. Her favorite travel destination is Lake Como, Italy—a place that feels like home along the water, but with bougainvillea, palm trees, and undeniable Italian charm.

You May Not Know This About Marhe Youch…

Marhe studied abroad in high school and fell head over heels for all things French—she collects French china and antiques and still loves any chance to speak the language. As she’ll tell you herself, while the antiques have only grown in value, her vocabulary has not quite kept pace.
