Michael “Mick” Pepper
Managing Director
Mick Pepper serves as Managing Director and Senior PIM® Portfolio Manager with VIRTUENT of TSG Wealth Management. In his role, Mick specializes in designing and managing customized investment portfolios and takes an active, hands-on approach to portfolio construction. He carefully evaluates each client’s full financial picture—integrating their goals, total wealth strategy, and risk profile—to recommend thoughtful approaches to diversification, potential return, and long-term risk mitigation.
With more than 20 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Mick began his career in financial services in 2004 after a 15-year tenure at Verizon, where he served as Senior Manager of Program Support. Raised in Colorado Springs, he now resides in Monument, Colorado, with his wife of more than 20 years, Becki. Their home is frequently filled with the activity of their four children—Mackenzie (Timmins), Caleb, A.J., and Brody. Becki is a teacher at St. Peter Catholic School in Monument and serves as the Head Softball Coach at Lewis-Palmer High School.
Mick is highly engaged in his local community and regularly volunteers with events and charitable organizations that support both the area where he grew up and the community he proudly calls home today. Outside of work, he and Becki enjoy traveling, golfing, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on their children at various youth sporting events.
