Robert Youch, APMA™
Managing Director
Robert Youch brings a rare combination of institutional investment experience and genuine passion for client service to his role as Managing Director at TSG Wealth Management – Bellevue. He began his career in 2016 at Smead Capital Management, a respected equity fund manager, before joining his mother Margaret “Marhe” Youch in 2019 to build a multigenerational advisory team—a partnership now more than seven years strong. For Robert, working as a wealth advisor is a natural marriage of his love for the analytical nature of capital markets and his desire to serve others.
Robert thrives on the ever-changing nature of markets and the relationships at the heart of this work. He views clients as partners and approaches each one with a tailored, solutions-oriented mindset—continuously refining investment strategies and wealth plans to help them accomplish their goals. He was drawn to TSG for its people, its culture of humility and teamwork, and the depth of resources that allow him and Marhe to do what they already do well, even better. He holds Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations, a Life, Annuities, Health & Disability Insurance license, and the APMA™ (Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor) designation.
Born in 1991 in Bellevue, Washington, Robert grew up in the Seattle area before earning two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Washington; one in Business with a Finance concentration, the other in Law, Economics, and Public Policy. During his time at UW, he was an active member and executive leader in the Mu Chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. He began splitting time between Seattle and Scottsdale in 2021 and relocated to Scottsdale full time in early 2026.
Outside the office, Robert is a self-described fanatical sports fan. He grew up playing football, basketball, baseball, golf, tennis, and snowboarding, and today his favorite hobbies are golf and football—both real and fantasy. A devoted Washington Huskies and Seattle Seahawks fan, he’ll tell you that Husky Stadium is his happy place. He is also passionate about Christian ministry and youth development, having coached football and mentored young men over the years, and currently volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of the Valley in Phoenix as he settles into the Scottsdale community. His favorite travel destinations include St. Barths, Italy, France, and Ireland—though his bucket list, he admits, grows faster than his capacity to travel.
Robert is the middle of three siblings and grew up in a close-knit Christian family that always encouraged him to pursue his passions. He is currently kept very busy by his eight-month-old English Cream White Lab, Gibson.
