Managing Director
Steve Zahorik serves as a Managing Director, holding the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) certification. He provides clients with objective, goals-based guidance to help them plan for retirement and navigate their financial lives with confidence—both before and during their retirement years.
Steve assists clients in developing long-term financial strategies and conducts comprehensive reviews of existing investment plans. His evaluations include stock, bond, and mutual fund portfolio analysis, as well as retirement needs assessments. He also supports clients with life insurance and long-term care insurance considerations and offers access to lending services through affiliated partners.
With an MBA and a diverse background in corporate leadership, Steve began his career in the Ford Motor Company Management Program in Detroit before relocating to Southern California as a dealer consultant. He was later recruited as one of the first 100 employees to help establish the Lexus Division of Toyota, where he contributed to marketing, financial analysis, and dealer development initiatives. He has served as a financial advisor since 2007 and holds multiple professional licenses and registrations across several states.
Steve met his wife, Lynn, in Southern California, and in 1998 they relocated to Colorado with their two young sons while expecting their daughter. Before joining Virtuent he was with A.G. Edwards — now Wells Fargo Advisors — he previously worked for a communications company in the Denver area.
Since settling in Colorado, Steve and Lynn have been active members of their community and church. They live in Castle Pines and are proud parents of three grown children.
