After graduating from Cal Poly State University in 2007 with a Business degree with a concentration on Accounting, Tyler began his career as a Financial Advisor with UBS Wealth Management. Tyler was one of 100 college grads from around the country selected to participate in a brand new training program for Financial Advisors. Tyler worked with some of UBS’ largest wealth managers, spent 4 months on UBS’ Municipal Bond trading desk in Los Angeles, and eventually joined a high-net worth group in La Jolla.

In 2012 Tyler was offered a position on the Corporate Finance side of things with Cisco Systems. There he managed close to ½ billion dollar budget for the IT department before being recruited to Riverbed Technologies in San Francisco where he took on the role of Senior Financial Analyst. Tyler helped take Riverbed through a buyout, going from a public company back to private.

In 2015, Tyler moved to the East Bay (Pleasanton) and joined a hyper-growth tech company called Workday. There he managed North American revenue for the Professional Services Finance organization. In the 2 years that Tyler worked at Workday, revenue for North America Professional Services went from about $600 million to $2.1 billion, creating quite a dynamic and fun work environment.

Tyler moved to Seal Beach at the beginning of 2023 after living in San Clemente for the last 5 years. He loves to golf and is active in teaching his 3 year old boy, Preston, how to golf and play baseball. Tyler received his professional designation for Sports & Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ or SE-AWMA™.
