As part of the Employee of the Quarter honor, Ingrid was given the opportunity to select a charity to receive a donation on her behalf. She chose Wonder Dog Rescue, a San Francisco-based nonprofit that has long held a special place in her heart. Reflecting on this decision, Ingrid shared, “About 23 years ago my husband and I wanted to rescue a dog. After some research we discovered Wonder Dog Rescue here in our hometown of San Francisco. We read fantastic reviews about how caring and compassionate this rescue was. They rescue dogs who are at the greatest risk of euthanasia in the shelters due to medical issues, both physical and emotional. They are a wonderful organization and this is why I chose to donate to them. We have adopted three dogs from them through the years.”
Founded in 1990, Wonder Dog Rescue has provided countless at-risk dogs with a second chance at life. By focusing on animals with significant medical or emotional needs, the organization’s mission aligns with TSG’s commitment to supporting meaningful causes. Ingrid’s connection to this charity underscores her compassionate nature and dedication to making a difference both in and out of the office.
