From Bend to Bellevue: TSG Establishes Its Pacific Northwest Presence

TSG Wealth Management has quietly built a foothold in the Pacific Northwest, and it is now ready to make it official. With an established office in Bend, Oregon, and a recently opened office in Bellevue, Washington, the practice has put down meaningful roots in a region whose entrepreneurial energy, outdoor lifestyle, and growing base of high-achieving clients align naturally with how TSG works.

The story begins in Bend. Brian N. Foster, CFP®, Managing Director with Garcia, Barnblatt, Foster of TSG Wealth Management, splits his time between Central Oregon and San Francisco, working primarily from Bend. With more than 20 years in the industry, he brings a disciplined, planning-first approach to clients navigating their most important milestones, from growing a business to preparing for retirement. The Bend office has served clients for some time; TSG is now formally recognizing it as the anchor of its Pacific Northwest presence.

“Bend is full of people who have worked hard, value their independence, and want a wealth strategy that reflects how they actually live,” said Foster. “With TSG, I can offer them the depth of a nationally recognized practice while staying rooted right here in Central Oregon.”

The Pacific Northwest has long been on TSG’s radar. Sustained growth in wealth and population has drawn entrepreneurs, executives, and families who prize both opportunity and quality of life. It is a region that fits TSG’s DNA: a natural home for a practice built on personalized, relationship-driven wealth planning. And Bend is only part of the picture.

To the north, in Bellevue, Washington, TSG opened its first Washington office earlier this year with Managing Directors Margaret “Marhe” Youch, CAP®, APMA™, and Robert Youch, APMA™. The mother-and-son team brings a multigenerational, boutique approach honed over decades, working closely with clients’ CPAs and estate planning attorneys to help families preserve and pass on what they have built.

“After more than four decades, what matters most to me hasn’t changed: understanding each family before recommending anything,” said Marhe Youch. “The Pacific Northwest is home, and TSG gives us the depth to serve families here at an even higher level.”

That long view, within the Youch team and across the families they serve, is exactly the kind of relationship TSG is built to support, and it resonates throughout a region that values trust over transactions.

“The Pacific Northwest is full of independent-minded people who want a real relationship with their advisor and the strength of a practice behind them,” said Robert Youch. “That combination is what drew us to TSG.”

Together, the Bend and Bellevue offices give TSG a two-state footprint and signal a deliberate, long-term commitment to the region.

“The Pacific Northwest is home to exactly the kind of clients and advisors TSG is built for: independent, accomplished, and focused on the long game,” said Mark Schulten, Managing Partner of TSG. “A presence from Bend to Bellevue gives us a strong foundation in a region we believe in deeply.”

The advisors building practices here share a common thread: they lead with integrity, put relationships first, and were drawn to TSG’s culture and resources.

“What stands out about our Pacific Northwest advisors is how genuinely client-first they are,” said Allen Schreiber, TSG Partner. “Brian in Bend and the Youch team in Bellevue each built something special on their own terms, and that is exactly the kind of advisor who thrives at TSG.”

As TSG expands its national footprint, the Pacific Northwest stands out as a region with room to grow, anchored by offices built to last.

“We are not just opening doors in the Pacific Northwest, we are building relationships meant to last for generations,” said Brian Borst, TSG CEO. “From Bend to Bellevue, this is a region that values trust, and trust is what TSG delivers. We are just getting started.”
