TSG Wealth Management is growing its presence in Orange County with the addition of Eddy Olandj, CFP®, as the newest Managing Director in its Irvine office. An Orange County native with more than 25 years of experience, Eddy brings a relationship-driven approach to wealth planning and a deep connection to the Southern California community he has served throughout his career.

Eddy has been helping clients pursue their financial goals since 1998, building a practice grounded in lasting relationships and a clear, disciplined approach. He earned his CFP® certification through UCI Extension and is known for helping to turn a client’s vision for the future into an achievable plan, then seeing it through alongside them. For Eddy, the relationships he has built over the years are both his greatest motivation and his truest measure of success.

A multiple-time World and Pan American Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion, he brings the same patience, precision, and composure under pressure to his clients’ financial lives.
